Youre highly organized and love building work books that are detailed and accurate.What Youll Do All DayAs Simples Payroll Manager, youll ensure all Simpletons are paid on time and accurately. In addition, you will make sure we follow all payroll laws and regulations and pass all of our audits.

We have a sizable remote workforce (US only), so youll get the opportunity to put your multi-state payroll knowledge to use!Youll do this through:
Managing biweekly disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes to employees consistent with federal and state wage and hour lawsKeeping close tabs on our payroll data to ensure information completeness and accuracyPreparing relevant management reports on a regular cadence, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.

)Ensuring that the processing of new hires, temporary workers, promotions, and terminations is accurate and timelyManaging Simples 401(k) match in payroll and retirement plan platformsWed Like To See:
